You are only able to refund Interact payments on your POS Terminal. Should you need to refund Credit Card payments please review this help article.

- First, ensure you are logged in to your POS terminal. If you are not logged in to your POS terminal you will need to generate a Token to login. If you are unsure how to generate a token please review this article
- Once logged in, go to Payments, then Issue Refunds
- Locate the transaction you would like to refund in the list and click Refund, then click Issue Refund
- Should you wish to cancel the refund, click the X in the top left hand corner
- Hand the terminal to the customer and have them insert their card and enter their pin
- Once the transaction has been completed, the refund has been processed
