Congratulations! You have officially launched your Communal site. We are so excited to see all the additional impact your organization will make!

As you navigate post-launch life we want to ensure you have the tools to feel supported as you add more details and explore different functions of Communal. 

  • First, you have access to our extensive knowledge base full of help articles that take you through actions step-by-step. 
  • You also have the option to utilize our chat bot located in the bottom right corner of our knowledge base as well as your site. 
  • You can also connect with us by email (help@getcommunal.com) to talk with a dedicated Client Services Specialist who will be able to look into more complex requests.
  • If you need additional support you are able to book a meeting with our Client Service Specialist who will be able support you via video call.
