The welcome email is an excellent way to automatically send a personalized message to each new user upon registration. Highlighting the benefits of membership or simply welcoming them to the organization helps create a more engaged user base.

To create a custom welcome email follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your Manager Dashboard and on the left-hand side select Settings then Welcome Email
  2. Click Enable Welcome Email
  3. Write the body message and subject line for your new welcome email
  4. Click Save
  5. Check the formatting of your message by clicking Preview Email
  6. Make any necessary edits then click Save again

To customize the membership card delivery email follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your Communal Manager Dashboard and navigate to Settings then Membership Card
  2. Scroll down and to the Membership Card Notification Email section
  3. Make any edits and click Save
