The welcome email is an excellent way to automatically send a personalized message to each new user upon registration. Highlighting the benefits of membership or simply welcoming them to the organization helps create a more engaged user base.
To create a custom welcome email follow the steps below:
- Login to your Manager Dashboard and on the left-hand side select Settings then Welcome Email
- Click Enable Welcome Email
- Write the body message and subject line for your new welcome email
- Click Save
- Check the formatting of your message by clicking Preview Email
- Make any necessary edits then click Save again
To customize the membership card delivery email follow the steps below:
- Login to your Communal Manager Dashboard and navigate to Settings then Membership Card
- Scroll down and to the Membership Card Notification Email section
- Make any edits and click Save
