This article will help you create member-only programs that are still visible to the general public. If you want to hide your member-only program from the public, use this article instead.

  1. Start building a new program or edit an existing one.
  2. Complete the form as desired and navigate to the Registration tab section
  3. Fill out your desired information for the title, dates, etc.
  4. In the Prices area and start entering the member price for each membership type.
  5. Enter $0.00 for the Guest Fee.

Entering a value of $0.00 is how you control if a certain group of users can view the program. In our example, we applied this to the Guest Fee which hid the program from the public. This same logic could be used to hide a membership from a certain group of members.
  1. Scroll down to the Additional Information section and ensure the Display to a given user even if their price is zero dollars option is checked.
  2. Complete the rest of the form and click Save.
