Retry State
Does a member show their status as "Retrying"? Don't worry, this happens! What this means is that the member's account is in a retry state with Stripe, Communals payment processor. The user will need to update their payment method. Stripe will retry the payment three times, every 4-5 days on average. You will be able to see the next attempt attempt date and number of attempts when hovering over the yellow i icon.
Members will see an alert on their account their membership payment requires attention. It will ask them to update their payment method and state when the next payment attempt will be. If they fail to update their payment method their membership will be revoked after the 3rd payment attempt.
