Reporting on Membership Numbers

How to pull a report outlining your membership data.

Communal's membership report helps you analyze and track your membership trends. You can even retrieve totals for each membership type or plan.

The report also helps you to see a snapshot of your membership numbers at a particular point in time.


How to find the report:

  1. Go to People → User Memberships.
  2. By default, the report will display a full list of your Active members.

Tracking membership sales from a particular period of time:

  1. Go to People → User Memberships.
  2. Use the Start Date & End Date to filter for membership numbers during your selected time period.

Viewing numbers for a certain membership plan or type:

  1. Go to People → User Memberships.
  2. Enter the name of the membership type or plan in the search bar to pull the totals for that membership option.
