Overview
When creating a program/event you have the option of associating the program/event to one of your facilities. You can also choose to block off the the event time on one or more facilities as well, ensuring you never double book a space!
If you choose to block off the time in the calendar, clicking the blocked off time from the facilities calendar will take you to the program signups. Program blockoffs will be visible in turquoise.
Considerations
- Cloning a program that is attached to a facility will also duplicate the blocked off time in the calendar
- The time that will be blocked off will be based on the event start and end date, not the registration opportunity dates. This means that recurring programs will still need to be blocked off from the facilities calendar using the standard block off time function
