How to Update your Banking information

Update your banking information so that you can pay and be paid!

To update your banking information with Communal please have your main Organization Representative email help@getcommunal.com with the following information: 

  • Transit Number 
  • Institution Number 
  • Bank Account Number 

You can locate your organization representative by navigating to your Communal Manager Dashboard and going to Settings then General. Scroll down to Organization Representatives and locate the user with Representative under the Role column. They will need to email us from the verified email listed in their profile.
