To update the Entity Code (gate code, lock-box code etc.) please follow the steps below:

1. Login to your Communal Manager Dashboard then go to Facilities, then My Facilities
2. Then locate the facility of which you would like to edit the entity code and under Actions select Edit
3. Then in the Basic Information section locate the Entity Code box and input the code
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save
