Learn how to move someone’s membership from one membership plan type to another while still maintaining the same expiration date. For example, move someone from a single membership to a family membership
- Navigate to your Communal Manager Dashboard and on the left hand side under People select User Memberships
- Locate the user(s) whose membership you wish to move and select the box next to their name(s)
- Then click on Move Membership or Bulk Cancel if you wish to cancel
- Next you will select the membership and plan you would like to move the user(s) to
- Next you will click Move to complete the move
Note: this will maintain the original membership start date, expiration date, and auto-renewal status. If there is a difference in price you will need to charge them manually for the difference using the Charges feature.
