Emailing Volunteers

Learn how to send an email to the people that have registered for your opportunity.

The email notification system will allow you to send a branded message to the individuals who registered for a specific volunteer opportunity. 


Follow the steps below to notify your volunteers:

  1. Select the People tab on the left-hand side of the admin portal then Notifications.
  2. Click Create new notification.
  3. Select your audience by opening 'plus' next to Volunteer Opportunities:

  4. Search or select the name of the opportunity.
  5. Fill out all the necessary fields.
  6. Select Preview before sending.
  7. Review the information then click Send.
