We know how important your recurring clients are to your association which is why we have designed a separate database to enter their activity into the system. This should make your bookings process easier as you won't need to fill out their contact information for each booking. 

You'll also be able to associate invoices back to each organization. This creates a quick way to track their outstanding payments or overall revenue generated.

How to create an organization:

1. Go to People → Organizations.
2. Click Create new Organization.
3. Fill out all the necessary fields.
4. Click Submit.
