You can contact us via email or chat (depending on your subscription). Both are monitored by out client services team who always aims to respond in 1 business day. Our typical hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm MST excluding statutory/provincial holidays.

Chat support: You can locate the chat function by logging in to your Communal Manager Dashboard and locating the blue chat icon. Only available on certain subscription types.
