Cancelling a User's Membership

How to remove a membership from an account.

This article outlines how to remove a membership from an account and the steps to refund the payment.


How to cancel a membership:

  1. Click the People tab then Users on the left-hand side of the admin portal.
  2. Search for the user by email, name, or member ID. 
  3. After locating the user click the ••• then View User.
  4. Select the Memberships tab on their profile. 

  5. Next to the membership click the ••• then Cancel Membership.
  6. Confirm the cancellation.
Cancelling a membership does not automatically trigger a refund. Follow these steps to refund the transaction.
